  • 1/3 Cup Vegetable Oil
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 1/2 cups Plain Flour

  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 Chocolate chips

  7. In a separate bowl, sift together the plain flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

  15. Make sure the chocolate chips and banana chips are evenly distributed on top of the muffins.
  16. Step 9
  17. Place the muffin tin in the preheated oven and bake for about 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean.
  18. Step 10
  19. Once baked, remove the muffins from the oven and allow them to cool in the tin for a few minutes. Then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely before serving.
Note

By adding chocolate chips and banana chips on top of the muffins before baking, you'll create a delightful combination of flavors and textures. The chocolate chips will add a rich and chocolatey element, while the banana chips will provide a crunchy and sweet contrast.
