  • 200 Chicken g Breast
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 cup Chicken Stock
  • 3 tbsp Cornflour Slurry (water & 2 tbsp cornflour)
  • Salt & Pepper
  • 1/4 cup Double Cream
  • 3 tbsp Cream Cheese
  • 1 Egg (for egg wash)
  • 22 Square Puff sheets

  1. 1. Begin by preparing the chicken breast. Cut it into thin strips and then chop it into small cubes to ensure even cooking and optimal flavor distribution.
  2. 2. In a pan, melt the unsalted butter over medium heat until it is completely melted and begins to sizzle.
