For the Chicken Marinade:
  • 16 chicken pieces with skin (thighs and drumsticks)
  • 1/4 cup olive oil

  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons Arabic 7 Spices
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • For the Roast:
  • 300 grams baby potatoes
  • For The Arabic 7 Spices:
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 tablespoon ground coriander
  • 1/2 tablespoon ground cloves
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom
Instructions
    Prepare the Marinade:
  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, grated ginger, salt, pepper, Arabic 7 spices, dried oregano, and dried parsley until well combined.
  2. Marinate the Chicken:
  3. Place the chicken pieces in the bowl with the marinade and coat them evenly.
