Mango delight is one of the easy and delicious recipe prepare with fresh seasonal mangoes. it's no bake layered dessert with crunchy biscuits, whipped cream and mango puree.
Ingredients
2cups Digestive biscuits
5tbsp Melted butter
1cup Mango Puree
2cups Mango chunks
1/2cup Condensed milk
1cup Extra thick cream
Instructions
Step 1
Crushed Digestive Biscuits & add melted butter. Mix it well and add in any cups, glass or pan. Refrigerate for 20 minutes.
Step 2
Pour over second layer of mango puree and freeze for at least an hour before third layer
Step 3
For the third layer, In a blender add mango chunks, condensed milk, and extra thick whipping cream. Close the lid and blend it well until smooth.
Step 4
Pour the mixture in prepared glass and freeze at least 3 hours before serving, preferably overnight.
Step 5
Some final touches before serving, make a swirl from whipped cream on top, garnish with raspberries and mint leaves
